In relation to its current customers, CrossTower will be able to attract 600 new professional clients, according to Cointelegraph.
According to Cointelegraph, cryptocurrency exchange CrossTower Inc. has reached an agreement to buy digital asset trading platform BEQUANT. This decision follows window shopping by CrossTower for cryptocurrency startups.
According to Cointelegraph, CrossTower will be able to acquire 600 new professional clients in addition to its current clientele through an acquisition deal signed on November 28, 2022. The new clientele, who are expected to be situated in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, is estimated to earn more than $400 billion a year together.

According to information provided by Cointelegraph, CrossTower CEO Kapil Rathi emphasized the company’s ambitions to be on the lookout to make acquisitions of digital asset firms with a “strong group of clients” and a “solid balance sheet” on November 24, 2022. The criteria reportedly included a second look at the already insolvent cryptocurrency loan company Voyager, which has re-entered the market following the failure of its first contract with FTX.
Additionally, Cointelegraph said that Rathi cited the BEQUANT acquisition’s access to more than 600 exchange clients and how it is anticipated to strengthen the company’s position to help re-establish industry confidence, which has been affected by recent events involving FTX. The financial services company Lydian Group, located in London, is rumored to be supporting CrossTower’s transaction. Gerard Lopez, CEO of Lydia Group, expressed his expectations that CrossTower’s acquisition will promote professionalism and openness in the market.
