The Taco application, according to Cointelegraph, enables businesses to include Web3.0 solutions like NFTs for boosting client interaction and e-commerce platforms.
According to Cointelegraph, the Tezos blockchain partnered with Web3.0 automation platform Taco to provide Shopify users access to Tezos non-fungible tokens (NFTs) through Taco’s NFT loyalty programme in an effort to market itself as a brand seeking Web3.0 interactions.
The Taco application, according to Cointelegraph, enables companies to include Web3.0 solutions like NFTs for boosting client interaction, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify employ Taco application plugins to offer these services to its merchants. In order to drive customer engagement and retention, organizations may enhance their ties with customers with the use of NFT loyalty programs. Tezos NFTs have just been integrated, supporting the blockchain’s use of NFTs to reward consumers with offers, discounts, and experiences.

According to information provided by Cointelegraph, Shopify merchants may now communicate with both their customers and the NFT community thanks to the most recent inclusion of Tezos into the Taco application. Under its connect-to-customer program, Shopify announced the launch of a new rewards system called Tokengate in June. Select merchant partners were able to introduce special products for NFT stakeholders thanks to the token gate. The energy-efficient design of Tezos, together with its cheap transaction costs and NFT minting, attracted a global NFT community of artists, collectors, and builders. Tezos is reportedly the go-to platform for NFT integration because of its energy-efficient operations.
Additionally, Cointelegraph pointed out that a growing NFT market has resulted in an increase in on-chain activity and smart contract transactions on the proof-of-stake (PoS) blockchain Tezos. It is estimated that in Q1 2022, the platform recorded 50,000 daily transactions, up from less than 10,000 in January 2021.
